After whats been a lovely sunny few days, today has mostly been a cloudy cooler day, with some heavy showers knocking on the door soon from the east coming off the north sea. Fingers crossed the rest of the week is looking sunny and slowly warming up too, although temps will be pegged back for us near the east coast. -
Brrrr, indeed that easterly is chilly, shame as its pegging back the temps from the lovely welcome sunshine. Hoping we dont get the predicted showers coming in off the sea later.

Dust covering worse here this morning, gonna need to clean all the windows (again). Least its a sunny start and hopefully a good few days of sunshine to come

Seems like the worst of the rain has stayed west of us, which Im quite glad about, dont think Id want to be under that massive yellow blob to the NW. Had some drizzle which has left a layer of dust on everything, I guess the car needed a good wash anyways.

I assume its the dust, but the sky is a really eerie colour, dull gloomy and yellow! Rain looks to be getting closer, after a shower or two this morning, looks like we could get quite a deluge later on.

Early rain has now cleared to some blue skies and sunshine, currently 10c. Tomorrow looking soggy unfortunately.

Well its a windy day here already and a few light showers to begin the day, which now cleared have left us with a cloudy chilly day to come, hope the sunshine makes some appearance sooner rather than later. 9c currently, but definitely feels a few degrees colder in the wind.

Another lovely sunny day here, slight nip to the breeze still, but otherwise a good spring day, temps up to 15c.

Lovely blue skies and sunshine today, the wind is slowly easing so not as much of a chill to it, 11c currently, supposedly warmer tomorrow with the winds turning more to the south

A few spots of grass frost in shaded areas this morning, currently 1c with that nagging cold SE breeze, at least it keeps everything dry I guess, thats the only positive I can find about it.

Day started with unexpected rain showers, now its just cold, sunny with a nagging E/SE wind.

Been quite a nice day here further east, some sunshine around and the line of rain has stayed far enough west to not impact us, it is now slowly edging towards us, doesnt look to be (hopefully) too much rain left, although the beeb have us under rain most of the day tomorrow, fingers crossed thats wrong,

After some low mist disappeared, today has been a blue sky and sunshine, winds light for a change, hoping the cloud out west stays out west.

Thoroughly miserable morning, overnight rain has cleared to, my personal favourite, drizzle, light and heavy drizzle and more drizzle. Looks set in for the day too

A touch of grass frost in areas first thing, but now blue skies and sunshine again, unfortunately not set to last as rain slowly encroaching from the west, although hopefully wont reach here until evening, temps up to 11c and the wind has died down a notch.

Another lovely sunny day, just wish that wind would booger off or at least drop to a gentle breeze, feels warm out of the wind in the sun

Been a lovely day so far, started cold and frosty, blue skies and sunshine all day, even managed the first cut of the front lawn this year

A few hail showers blowing through quickly, another one here right now, then hopefully it clears, could be a chilly night and if the pavements/roads dont dry out quick enough, an icy morning awaits.

Winds quite violent here this morning with non stop showers, unpleasant walks but a nice rainbow I managed to see briefly whilst keeping head down into the wind. Two power cuts so far today and zero mobile phone service as mast is down again

Same, 30 seconds or so of torrential rain and that was about it. Winds havent been as bad as Eunice either, despite the beeb app (always so reliable...not) forecasting 60+mph gusts, but the amount of rain over the day is close to now causing the river through the town to overflow.
