Morning started cloudy but unexpectedly the sun has made an appearance in the last half hour, not sure how long it will last, but nice to see it as was expecting heavy thick cloud all day. -
Sun is still out, wind has picked up a little, so still chilly out of the sunshine, but soooooo much better than the grot and drizzle we've had all week, unfortunately weekend looks to go back to the thick cloud yuk.

Another awful gloomy, wet day ahead. Dull start with drizzle in the breeze and rain on/off for most of the day to come. Yuk.

I like to share, seems as though it was very localised to our area though, disappeared off the radar quite quickly. Still it will soon be summer, with 30+c temps and then I can moan its too damn hot and will welcome the rain (and be annoyed by all the storms that skip us obviously)

Sunshine went bye bye, cloudy and windy and now that horrible fine drizzly stuff started whilst out walking the dogs, typical.

Drizzle finally cleared, but the winds have really picked up since, wasnt expecting that.

Yup still fine drizzle, horrible stuff. Same here in Halesworth, local shops have been great doing deliveries to those that cant get out, local hoppa bus service taking people to vaccination centre free every day, most people have pulled together in this last year, been nice to see.

Horrible, misty drizzly rain to wake up to and looks to be set in for most of the day. Hurry up high pressure and push it away please.

Started out nice, bright and sunny, but cloud has increased over the last hour, hope that goes away and the sun comes back

Indeed we east coasters are very used to not being able to feel our faces whilst out in a NE/E wind. Rain has arrived, nice and soaked on woofy walk.

Bright blue skies, sunny morning, bit chilly with the breeze, but at least its dropped since yesterday, hopefully a decent day to come, rain later forecast but not til later this afternoon.

Thats not good ☹ Meanwhile Im wondering how much of my washing will still be on the line or if my neighbours might find my undies in their flower patch And of course now its going to rain, stuff it, it can stay out now, hopefully the wind will still dry it after the showers pass.

Winds have picked up again now, but apart from a few clouds, its been a sunny day so far, long may it stay that way. If the winds were lightee, it would feel warm in that sun.

Just had a heavy rain/hail shower, after the rain this morning, it had turned bright and sunny and its now bright and sunny again, with that strong wind still blowing away.

Nice walk in the breeze this morning, backwards in the gusts, cleared the cobwebs away. Rain incoming by the looks of the radar, can deal with the wind, but rain with it, blurgh!

What a cruddy day its been, non stop rain all day, albeit not heavy all day. Winds 23mph with gusts 40mph so far, so not bad.......yet.

Yep, sun is trying hard to get out this morning, after a chilly start, be nice to see it for a few hours, hopefully drying up the drizzle from yesterday afternoon. Then its batten down the hatches time from tomorrow afternoon, heavy rain and wind, no doubt heaviest and windiest when its dog walking time, usually how it goes
