  1. Got a lot more blue sky and I can see towers in the distance
  2. It might do the further North it gets, the first one in Wales didn't start with much but exploded when it got closer to Liverpool There we go
  3. Is this the possible storm that may reach Lincs and Yorkshire tonight?
  4. If it could wait till after 9pm when I finish work that'll be perfect
  5. Can just tell if we get something it'll be between 6-9pm when I'll be at work
  6. I may have spoken too soon as usual lol, still early in the afternoon I guess, does look very convective outside still
  7. Lightning maps looking quiet now as well, guessing its just going to mostly be heavy showers today Edit: Unless ofc the main activity is set to be behind this band of rain

  14. Wow. Never seen skies like this before. The clouds look incredible here in Lincoln. Looks more better in person but looks like the clouds have a swirl pattern to them
  15. Currently in the car heading home from holiday. Skies really building now. Just left hull humber bridge towards Lincoln
  16. Lincoln looks promising for Saturday, would be perfect timing for getting back from my holiday
  17. Must've been at school for that as I would've been 14, I do recall a school day where it was constant thunder and lightning during lessons but it stopped as we got home
  18. It does feel muggy and has that stormy look but yeah, just seems to be light/moderate showers
  19. So BBC suggesting Thunderstorms in Pickering right now yet we just have drizzle, classic BBC weather
  20. I'm guessing that's it now till the next one, least it feels fresher for once
  21. This is what I was hoping for in Pickering, 80 strikes a minute! Damn, maybe next time
  22. One for coastal areas in Northern England to look out for I reckon
  23. Some very bright flashes in Pickering now, quite impressive given how bright it is outside, would be incredible if it was dark
