  1. Some pretty wild gust speeds on some of the charts for Friday, guess we'll get some widespread amber warnings today. Fingers crossed for some downgrades and that the data the MetOffice have access too shows something less extreme.
  2. Another Spring like morning, absolutely fantastic. We hit 14.9 c yesterday according to the local weather station. Long may it continue!
  3. What a beautiful morning, double figures and sunshine. Let's hope for an early Spring and no more of this 4c and grey nonsense, yuck. I see a 14c and sunny forecasted on the BBC for Monday, glorious!
  4. Lows of -5 overnight, absolutely freezing out there. Looks like we'll get some more miserable weather this afternoon and evening with rain and low temperatures. Can't we go back to last week when it was 13c and I didn't have to put the heating on? Absolute bliss.
  5. Yep, the usual suspects getting over-excited. Best to pay attention to the more reasoned members who post there who have perhaps a little less bias towards snowy conditions.
  6. Looks like an exciting evening ahead if you want to see some snow, big question is how far East it will get and will it keep it's intensity?
  7. Another beautiful morning, feeling crisp but a nice warm glow from the sun. Weekend looks disgusting, wet, windy and grey, give me sunny, clear and cold all day long.
  8. Not sure what all the hype was about on the MOD thread last week, forecasts seem to have daytime highs of a round 7c and cloud around my parts, yuck. Beautiful morning, 3c and very sunny.
  9. Lows of 0.7 c last night, lovely. I see the usual suspects are up and down with every run on the MOD, you'd of thought they'd learn their lesson from previous winters!
  10. The BBQ shield is holding strong, despite being centre of the amber warning we've not had a drop of rain!
  11. Amber warning out for parts of Surrey/London and surrounding areas. Looks a little too West unless things are going to shunt over?
  12. That warning looks too far West unless things are going to shunt over a bit?
  13. Things really picking up over London, hoping nothing activates over my parts as the BBQ is on the go.
  14. Cell seems to have appeared overhead in West London, bit of rain and feeling very tropical. Happy to do a naked rain dance if it'll help initiate a thunderstorm
  15. In the garden with a cold one, still 30c and lots of blue sky. Further East looks great fun!
  16. Looks great the further East you are! Absolutely sweltering here with plenty of blue sky about still, local station has us at 31.6c.
  17. Looks like we may have kick off, starting with some very rapid cells developing over St Albans and Stevenage
  18. Looks like there could be some excitement this afternoon in the form of storms!
  19. I see there's quite the blanket warning out tomorrow for thunderstorms, fingers crossed they don't materialise, BBQ and the England match takes priority! Very pleasant in the sun today with a breeze, current temp 22.6 c
  20. Absolutely bucketing it down still, a welcome relief from the humidity and hayfever! Wembley is going to be rather wet tonight!
