    Exactly SB - how can a cold spell that keeps being plonked back into FI be a cause for celebration? Isn't that what happened all the way thru December and January, last year?

    They must be following the models then...keep putting things back 24 hours, until it's too late!

    And, with the temperature having (despite long clear periods) remained steady at 4C for four hours, I think it might be best to take all the promises of snow, with a huge pinch of salt...I'm guessing that, come the morning, either sleety rain or nothing at all will be the way of things... Och weel, there's always next year!

    If you mean the one showing stuff coming in off the North Sea, the pink represents snow and the green is rain/sleet...I think.
