It is Lol, its a Mid Kent Clipper which runs down the Coast of Suffolk, Essex and through Mid Kent What part of that dont you understand ?? Must send you some books on Airflows and basic Meteorology as you struggle even with Storms in the summer as well. You can learn this stuff online you know

Pretty sure by the time they or if they set up we will be sub zero across all the SE and settling will be instant

Think the Water Table is soooo high its just not got a chance to settle, that or get stuck under some yellow on radar for about 30 mins. Colder weather still to come in think Uppers get to -11c around Middday

picked up a bit and turned from snizzle into 20p size snow but intensity awful and no settling at all. Still its a start

Does seem strange that Height above sea level seems to be affecting this precip, thought it would be uniform even down to sea level but once again the higher up you are the easier it is to settle

Nothing in Leigh On Sea still but sleet about 1/10 in intensity Leanne you really are not missing anything at least in this part of Essex anyway

Thats good to know so Norfolk, Suffolk and Kent ticking it off the list. So is it just the South and Mid Essex areas and North Kent near the Estuary who have not had a covering since March 2018 ? Anyone else out there in this 35 month barren spell

Not a great Update from Weatherquest on Twitter just now Seems only Suffolk and Kent they are thinking for anything settling and accumulating

I never called him out but did put a post in here earlier probably around 430am saying his hunch about it not being that far west and a clipper was probably right, but its hard to congratulate someone when you are 4 hours into a 30 hour event
