Persoanally that is how it should be in these present times.

They had loads snow well early this season and no skiing.

Resort esp small ones should have the option of extra opening early and late.

They pretty much know if its a def cold and snow event so that would attract all the locals not the tourists.

[Wind Turbines ,Good Or Bad....?]

So now its 2024 from the start of this topic was 2021.

So how has peoples views of wind turbines and other renewables changed.

A little bit higher up the scale with all thats happened and it seems there isnt or they wont put enough money to expand and improve all renewables.

Also another problem is what to do with all the turbines and other sources when they need to be replaced.

All the turbines and solar panels etc etc

I am wondering if this is the best amount of snow before December for a good many years.

As I remember sometimes very little snow until almost xmas some years.

That doesn't happen very often, lovely new snow fall, then some beautiful copper coloured  fresh fall leaves on top of the snow.

Can anyone suggest what an earth it will take before either people or governments actually do something more serious than by 2030 this and 2040 that. The extremes for whatever reason and what ever you believe are multiplying rapidly.

It seems to me that a world wide action now may even be late.

It also might be that the snow is normally so dry you can just blow it off, or the weight of snow when its wet with so much of it bends the wipers.
