Just back from middleton, what fun, over 25cm in places, village was only accessable in 4x4s at the the top

Cromford Hill looking trickey, going to be some road closures maybe, over 12 inches in the village, still hammering down

Just had first hail, icy shower come through, family member at Crich said its had a few flakes of snow, 220m. son in law lives 5 miles away at Middleton, 306m whey hey, 10 min walk to cycle centre, 325m so hopefully should see some snow action

radar looks good, storms seem to be all around the peak district but not penetrating the peak park boundary haha

well action seems to moved across to linc's for now, looks good on radar, here its first time seen sun for a few hours. Might be able to take dogs out for a bit

constant thunder lighting for last 15 mins

its close but it could be a direct hit over Matlock, constant thunder, Stanton Moor has disappeared in a haze of rain and mist

not only constant rumbles but a few large shot gun bangs, gonner be close for here, but Bakewell must of had a pounding

just heard thunder from it, was sat up stairs minding my own bussiness didn't think we would be so close here to storms. although its so humid and hot this last hour, you even smell a storm coming hahah
