  1. Short lived but it was great to see 10p sized flakes. Thanks to all who kept the faith for some of us to see snow and posted all the charts to keep the hopes up

  13. Only just checked my local station, 3c and dewpoint -4. Going to stay online for about half hour then off to bed.
  14. Hello Andy, I work in stanstead abbotts. The squall lasted about 5-10 mins and was quite lively, should have filmed it on my phone. I heard there was thunder in Norwich but I couldn't hang around for reports here as I had so much to get done.
  15. Just finished work, I managed to sneak out and watch the squally line today and it was just great to watch, glad to hear some heard thunder too. Havent looked at the charts yet but hoping for some snow next week

  17. Fantastic to see some 'active' weather for our region. I might just get a chance to watch this pass through here.
  18. Looks like im going to miss this convective gusts possibility as im in a meeting all afternoon, hope some of you get some interesting moments from it.
  19. Had dizzle here all morning, now some heavier bursts of rain. Im looking forward to the 'possibility' of snow flurries later. I hope im allowed to say this here ??, some of the gfs charts for next week are certainly provoking a bit of excitement for me. Even if its not in my back yard.

  23. Thanks John, I used to live a few miles from you. Im going to allow myself a bit of excitement for sunday and keep checking posts in here, i am very pleased at the prospect of frosts most of next week
  24. Ok, i dont want to annoy anyone but are we looking at the 'possibility' of a decent snow covering this weekend ? Or just a potential dusting ?
