    Well ive seen the 12z, completely ignoring fi (my choice) and hoping that tuesday night turns up a nice surprise. Mild sector go away ! Ohhh, i almost have an ice warning from the meto, west of the region for now.

    Just one snow event, even if its just 30-40mm and hopefully enough to have a snow fight or build a snowman with my niece and nephew, thats all I ask from the weathergods.

    Just been to wickes store and up the road there are flooded fields covered in ice No frost for me last night but hoping for at least 1 frost next week (my hopecast has downgraded now). As for snow I will do what I always do, pray for pandemonium and panic at the met office and chaos in this thread maybe tuesday / wednesday.

    Hi Mal, yes im praying for an easterly, would of been nice if the forecasted -3 frosts were still showing.

    Oh dear, gfs, beeb and meto now looking a bit different for me, sharp frosts now just marginal frosts and the marginal snow chances are not looking likely. Blimey, what happened....

    I have no idea Snowfish but, I see a cold snap with cold (ish) uppers and precipitation so im hoping that some snowfall occurs.

    Lots of ppn on the gfs / meto / bbc next week, lets hope we get a sudden nowcast warning for heavy snow, which will cause chaos on the forum and be just great.

    Sunny and a bit chilly here, lovely. The meto and beeb now have a few snow graphics for near my area tomorrow, which is nice to see.
