Well there was absolutely no cloud forecast for us 24 hours ago, now the forecast is for a couple of hours of rain. What’s the point in having a forecast then? I may have planned to alphabetise my nitro-glycerin and sodium collections in the garden today - based on information from the forecasts - but now they would get ruined! -

Channel quietening down somewhat, but activity on the peninsula, this is going to be interesting to see what it does

CS MCS? perhaps? maybe?

The forcing seems to have more of an eastward element to it, so while the band is moving almost directly north the activity at the cross point is headed NE, moreso than I think the models had modelled

It’s building to its eastern edge, so maybe a 50 mile shift in favour of the central coast would be lovely

Storms today sound likely to be quite intense but short-lived. Not an ideal chase scenario imo
