Harry's House Yes, my barometer was somewhere between 'Rain' and 'Stormy' the whole weekend, despite the sunny weather outside!

Another sunny Spring day. Not as warm as yesterday - 14.1C the max - but still feeling very pleasant in the sun. A completely different weekend weather-wise to what we were expecting.

Glorious day - sunshine, blue skies and a gentle breeze. 13.6C currently. Good day for drying the washing...

Max temp today 11.2C. Temp now, 5.6C. The temperature dropped by 1.5C between 12.00 and 12.30 today.

16.2C the max for us today. Definitely unseasonal...

alexisj9 Max today was 10.7C but like many others have commented, it felt much colder than that. Once you got cold today, it was difficult to get warm again.

As others have noted, colder than expected with a noticeable frost. Overnight low of -1.9C. And I don’t think we can be considered a frost hollow, here on the coast…

Sun rising with a clear blue sky, but temperature is at 5C. Quite a contrast to the -5 this time yesterday…

Temperature has now risen to 4.5C and is still rising. Quite a contrast to this time yesterday evening.

I was surprised to see an overnight low of -6.3C - that's unusual on the coast. In fact, the coldest overnight for us since Jan 2009.

Surprised by just how cold and raw it feels today, with virtually no wind. 1.7C at the moment, the lowest for 24 hours.

Nothing in Brighton beyond wet pavements and roads yesterday. Quite a surprise arriving home further West on the train. Still looking nice this morning.

Light snow/sleet in Kemptown, Brighton. Just a few hundred metres back from the seafront.

In the meantime we have had heavy and continuous rain since lunchtime. 14.6mm so far and counting...
