    Just went for a run with my laddy. Law of poo - half way round of about 8km, after a day of quite nice sunshine - three or four towering bleedin' cumulus get going. Thought I'd read the sky quite nicely before going out but these buggers hide on you behind the hills! Freakin' soaked and bloody cold too. Having a nice ginger and honey tea...
