    Tom Quintavalle The October Fog Index forecast a mostly snowless winter for London and so far it is bang on the money again. The OFI only has until the end of February to be proved correct. It is up against the 600-mile purple snow bomb predicted by GB news for the end of this month. Who will be proven correct
