  2. Not at all surprised, if it wasn't going to be Netweather then I thought it was going to be MeteoGroup.
  3. Well, we're coming to the end of the best Summer for 10 years!

  5. This year's flying by! Nearly Autumn now! :O

  6. Really starting to notice the nights drawing in now, the other night I was on the PC and hadn't looked outside for a while, I was shocked when it was pitch black outside!
  7. My favourite cloud made an appearence tonight! Good old Altocumulus Castellanus cloud! Hoping to see more of it especially later on next week!

  9. Dry thunderstorms forecast for this area tonight, looks quite likely!

Dry thunderstorms are pretty much confined to dry environments like deserts or arid areas. Elevated storms are possible, yes, but certainly not dry thunderstorms.

I experienced one in the Mohave Desert, years ago. A very weird experience. It was not elevated, it had regular CG strikes but absolutely no precip. - because there was no moisture, I assume.

  10. Really don't think anyone should discount this area tonight, I can already see growing CB's to the SW with Ac Cas cloud streaming in from the SW on satellite.

  11. Weird to think I'll be classed as an adult tomorrow, I'm far from one in many ways...

  12. Now it really is too hot...

  13. Will we or won't we be waking up to AC CAS?! :D
