Hey beverley,  kinda melts the heart doesnt it. First time i saw them the hairs on my neck stood up and i actually welled up....natures finest reward for the patient star gazer!

Hey jax,  yes, there hutches were the other side and were getting ripped apart. They are placed just at the entrance to the gulley between neighbors house and ours..the wind accelerates down it.  there were 6 more dook's that were bathed and warmed up.

 

The one you see actually escaped out the cat flap, and came back 4 days late back in through the cat flap.

The dooks now come inside during storms......we did have two half wild rabbits that lived in the garden,  im not a rabbit lover but they were lovely....well, until someone in the household left the dook hutch unlatched one day.....
