Have now managed 33.6 c.
-
I have now reached 32.5 c with more hazy sun.
-
The sensor unit looks the same as my Watson and they have been working, with occasional clean/spray lube, for three years. If you buy mount the rain gauge on something solid as the wind can cause false rain measurements.
-
A bit of weak sunshine and the temp has moved up, 31.1 c wind has dropped.
-
Temp reached 30 c here at 10:15 and then the cloud rolled in, now 30.4 c and 8 mph s.e. breeze.
-
30.4c and 7 mph from s.e here now. Tomorrow will be interesting
-
My watson is saying 28.5c with an 8 mph breeze from the south.
-
Have been seeing reports about possible tornado in Stafford at around 15:45, anybody see or know anything ?
-
-
19.7c here now and still edging up, wind 6 mph from the north.
-
Snow here as well, biggish wet flakes. Temp 2.7c and dropping.
-
Snowing here now, small flakes, not covering yet.
-
So turning colder from midweek seems confirmed, just what turns up in a raw northerly. Have to say I would be concerned if we were looking at this http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/01/25/us-usa-weather-idUSKBN0KW26Z20150125

50p size flakes here if this stays for an hour or two should be an inch or two easy.
We had half an hour here from the same cloud, would think you'd have similar.
-
A rain/snow shower came through here about 15 min ago, lasted about half a hour. No lying snow, temp 3.3c.
-
I think whatever snow falls here will be overnight tonight so be interesting to see what's down in the morning Some nice short sharp hail showers today.
-
Wind picked up here now, blowing harder than last night, 35 mph.
-
Had a sharp hail shower half an hour ago, now the sun is out and it's trying to snow. Temp 5.5c, wind17 mph from S.
-
Tomorrow's wind further south than predicted maybe? I'm staying up for the squall line, but if it's only rain and isn't wind-or-other-interesting-weather-feature-based, then I may just call it a night
Well it's gone through and nothing exceptional here. 32 mph gust and some heavy rain for about 15 min, will have to see what happens later today Will be interested to see if the low has tracked differently to forecast ? and if that alters things.
-
Squall arrived, heavy rain, wind no more than 30 mph so far.
-
Hard to say but the low seems to have parked itself NW of Ireland ? looks a bit further south then forecast ? Temp still going up here 11.0c. Squall should be arriving 5-10 min.
-
The squall line should be with me in an hour or so, will wait to see what happens temp up to 10.7c but wind still in the mid 20's mph.

First gust over 30 mph at 32, temp going up now 8.6c.
-
Wind averaging 25 mph but little rain yet (0.9 mm). Temp 8.4c, squall line over Ireland looks impressive.
