    And (Just as i thought it would) Wednesday/Thursday looks like turning into a non snow event if the week ahead forecast on BBC1 an hour ago was anything to go by.

    Probably because the warnings haven't got to amber yet (which i think is the criteria for when a storm is named.) but it may well do over the weekend if there is no downgrade
