Heading out for the afternoon. Who to believe when it comes to the radar returns?Hmmm,i think as ever I will ignore the Met Office jokers. They really are appalling.
Exactly. Yes, it's not wall to wall sunshine but if ya can be out and about in shorts and a tshirt( does anybody work on Fridays anymore) then things aren't too bad.
Or maybe they look miserable after forking out 40quisd a pop at Madame Tussauds. That place would deflate anyone whatever the weather. London is a pricey spot.
There's the rain on n8w in SW London after the met office yesterday saying this was going to be a dry and sunny day. I don't look at the beeb as I think they are bonkers but I recall a member here saying they forecast unbroken sunshine and 24c. Seriously laughable poor forecasting.... again!

This is quite interesting....
Well its another stunning summer's morning in London. Not too warm which is great. This has actually been a pretty good summer down here so far when you think about it.
My cousins are going to that game too! They are Monaghan folk where I believe it's been raining practically non stop since Wednesday. Always foul weather up there though they do pretty well with snow in winter. Easy win for Dublin btw.
Yup. I was up in Blackpool last weekend... oh the glamour. Had some great thunderstorms and nice heat. Storms from Wales then blasted the Fylde coast.
Everything down here in the south east has got boring weatherwise recently. Maybe there'll be surprises... like last December.
Great to see this thread up again. I was just thinking this earlier on. We've had a dry summer so far down here but just enough rain for the parks not to be burnt to a crisp. In 3/4 weeks time we'll be starting to see the early autumn dews of a morning. Not long now lads.
