Indeed, showing up well on radar - pretty localised affairs that will deliver or should you be beneath them. Then hardly a drop just a few miles either side.
Worry not, stuff over Biscay may or may not have our name on it lol...it'll kick off before long, most definitely by next year. Positive mental attitude and all that eh Few more mins, then kip - more heavier stuff due south ish ish ish....zzzz.Nite people, stay real.
Zippo..so close and yet so? Surely what with the intensity of rain it has to rip You'll find that we're probably the breeding ground for the next batch of storms...to eventually hit the east and north east, probably..Ps pleased to say I can report a gust of wind lol..
Heavy rain, very thundery looking? As for those York way...again...jealous mois
Edit, chucking it v.large drops..surprised nil sparks, yet, looks the biz?
Can't see the point in spleen venting in convective/storm discussion lol..it's the UK not Florida?
People of Yorkshire will be shaking their heads with disbelief and yes, too early to write off Summer yet, considering Autumn can provide the goods. Sometimes more so...
Period of quite heavy rain pushed through, as always hard to pinpoint where any thundery activity shall be..as it's a developing situation, still too early to say. Sometimes showers tend to break out ahead of the main 'event' so here's hoping.
I'm pretty sure some parts of Yorkshire didn't expect to get what they did last night..
Looks manic on radar there right now...two active looking storms lining up right over the city. Enjoy, despite the possible lightning strike nearby. Local news no doubt'll be busy tomorrow..
Lucky peeps, or anyone getting a night show at the mo..nice surprise for some I bet.
Certainly a muggy night ahead, here's to more action during Saturday.
