    After a showery start (some of the showers we're still punchy) actually been fairly decent this afternoon wind direction's changed so blowing the showers west or east. Not clear blue skies or warm by any stretch of the imagination but not bad

    Better not jinx it but we have that strange orange thing in the sky called the sun. It's almost a miracle after yesterday! Very nice start to the day indeed

    Might need a boat or submarine to go anywhere at this rate. Rain's pouring down once again. A measly 6 degrees at the moment. Looks as if it will get warmer............but only means warmer rain

    The wind's calmed a bit (that had been blowy all day) but the flipside the rain's set in so can't win either way. Chilly too

    Amazing a difference wel.........23 hours can make Just strange why when we get to this time of year always feels a lot more summery (OK the breeze is a bit of a nuisance) but it is lovely

    Rank basically cold grey damp I suppose it does look like brighting up a bit this week maybe a bit warmer who knows

    Lack of comments on here today say it all really. It's vile! Least the sun was out yesterday I suppose................

    The wind's calmed down compared to the weekend but the grey persists. Had about 3 minutes of sunshine in 3 days. Hopefully a bit brighter at points this week

    Got to love unstable westerlies Had a bit of a hail shower and certain heard a slight grumble there now got sleet weird

    Still a tiny bit drizzly but compared to yesterday a LOT calmer. Barely any wind. Not really expecting it to brigthen too much today at least

    Any snaw was only brief now all gone not really raining much either the wind tho it's bitter not pleasant at all

    I guess the air was so dry with this 40 degrees.........epic (or othwerwise) think we got 32 as max in my part of Scotland but I guess because the air was so dry which io why the vast majority had a nothing breakdown? Was more or less gone the next day. Guess too cause Devon and Cornwall was closer to that upper low from Portugal which is why they got the storms and no one else almost er............got anything (think NW Highlands got something though)

    This wind at the moment really blowy. Guess it's not gonna calm down to this rain starts fully pushing south (when we have had the rain at times it's been vile)! Dread to think how much they've had in the highlands (so far) looks as if they been hammered

    all got a bit boring really breezy but not cold not really sunny either but drier than it has been all in all a bit meh hate to say it but spring not far away now (I am a autumn/winter fan personally) so go with the grind next 7 months or so

    These rain bands are wild eyes are stinging after being caught in a very intense burst

    Wild what just went through was like a wave machine throwing water in your face for a few minutes

    Up to the dizzy heights of -1. When I checked my phone at half past 8 this morning we we're at -7 it might have been lower overnight not sure Side paths slidy as hell obviously after that burst of rain yesterday afternoon

    1 and cloudy it's actually typical January weather really when this cold does come in nights lookkng frozen maybe minus double digits? Who knows

    Long time since I been on here (real life stuff) a rather nice unexpected snowfall here too early this morning! Shame the cold weather not gonna last say beyond tuesday/wednesday but hopefully a nice early teaser for things to come.................

    Feels pretty warm had a blast of rain that's went through still a tad blowy but that will calm down soon enough
