    Snowing steadily here in Canterbury. Still icy underfoot and 5" level snow away from the town centre.

    Had about 2" left from yesterday this morning. Awoke to heavy snow falling. Have had 3 more showers since - each one getting heavier. The last made our total on the gruond at about 3". (It thaws slighty between showers).

    Been snowing all day here in Canterbury again (apart from 30 mins this morning where it rained). Now have a couple of inches on the ground. Should be more but there is a continual sight thaw underneath - it is just snowing faster than it can thaw. Beginning to freeze now though.

    Snowing here in Canterbury - between 1-2cm level on the ground. That is now four consecutive days of snow cover for at least the morning.

    Some light snow here in Canterbury. Ground frozen and still 2" of snow left from today - so maybe a little deeper overnight?

    Sorry - should have posted this earlier. 6" of lying snow here in Canterbury which added to the 1cm from yesterday. Now stopped falling and is thawing in places.

    Light snow flurry here in Canterbury. Too late to add to the now melted overnight snow!! :huh:

    Just finished a 10 minute hail then snow shower here in Canterbury. Tried to stick but not heavy enough!!

    Have just got home from Ashford. Snow settled a bit there and froze (one shower 6pm quite heavy) - so had to scrape the car!! Got to Canterbury and nothing!!!!!! Here's hoping.

    Have had 4 snow showers here in Canterbury, Kent. Have ranged in intensity but they seem to be getting heavier as the day goes on.
