Only the odd spot of rain here so far today, although the BBC has me down for heavy rain all day from early this morning so thats wrong already.. the wind seems to have picked up some more in the last hour or so and this old farm house is making some very strange noises indeed.

4 units a day? i think we use that an hour. good to here things are going well, slow and steady wins the race as they say.x

So thats what them things are on top of chimneys... i shall look into it. Also just had a small shower pass thru and the radar looks full out to the west so maybe something to come later.

@Kirkcaldy Weather its been a beautiful day here so far. no showers yet lovely warm sunshine but ya right about that wind tho.. gonna be fun getting the fires going tonight as the wind is rattling down the chimneys and we do seem to suffer a fair bit with down drafts (is that what its actually called)?

Wow what a beautiful morning. blue sky sunshine and mild.. wind is a bit of a pain but cant have everything can we.. looks like a rough week ahead, my snaw symbols keep getting taken away and pushed back. mad house is up and down again with doom and gloom never far away.

And for me being born in the east end of London the best river is the Thames....if you like filthy muddy water full of old shopping trolleys and empty gin bottles.

Last time it came up i seem to remember pages of fun followed. well if we dont have snaw to hunt there is always a good old Isthmus debate.. me i still dont have a clue what it means.

We have been here before many a time. the models struggle with this kind of set up because it is not the UK default weather type. the models often pick up these type of patterns then drop them for a few runs only to pick them back up again, so i would say lets wait another 24/48 hours before we start jumping off of the cliff.

@Kirkcaldy Weather brilliant post in the mad house.. i fear it may fall on deaf ears tho. its the same every year. i give it till the weekend before we get that bloke from crewe totally calling December a bust along with the usual over reactive members.

BBC weather has me down for cold and possible snaw chance for 9 days from the 9th until the end of the forecast period. could be some fun and games to be had. BRING ME MY SNAW!!

Maybe we should just build a wall... oh hang on. GFS 6Z rolling out. im putting on my tin hat and going in the mad house to see whats going down. hopefully it will be the 850's....
