A mixed day here in Aberdeenshire... sunshine and cloud.. no rain or showers as yet but the next few days are not looking to good wet and cool by the looks of it.. Just had a wisdom tooth removed by the lovely dentist in Fraserburgh this morning and the numbness is just starting to wear off...

A real mixed bag today.. beautiful warm sunny morning quickly turned into heavy showers. Had a nice meal out with the boss lady at the golf club and now time to settle down with a nice glass of

A lovely warm sunny day here.. no beach but did find time to take the boys for an ice cream and a quick drink in a beer garden..

@Ravelin you can always rely on a labrador.. we had one that sadly passed 2 years ago. We did look into a different breed last year but our Autistic son couldn't adjust to a smaller dog. We are giving consideration to rehoming an older slower labrador soon as we can. Meanwhile and on topic.. the current bun came out this afternoon and now the sky is blue and tomorrow is looking good for some warm dry weather.

Cloudy, damp and cool here today. At least its warm indoors.. How has everybody been doing over lockdown? Hope all are well and managed to stay safe. Weekend looks good for a bit of dry weather may even pop to the beach ⛱

Ok so seeing as my post in the "we pay a subscription thread" was removed because it was totally correct in outing members who give it the big listen to me I'm a weather god etc thread... I mean exact and follow my bull$**t and at some point in the next 100 years I will be right... motion this and stained glass windowing desphyer that.. exact this and that.. utter garbage this and utter tripe that.. the winter thread has become a place of hope casters that speak down to all other members like they are a higher being..a total waste of time and effort.. but as ever as soon as somebody posts in there to question it and make it out for exactly what it is the post is deleted.. I do honestly think that this place has really lost its fun in the last few winters and it is almost not worth having a say unless you are a so called big gun..my last post in here now. Thank you all for the fun and games over the years it's been a blast For those of you that will stay I feel truly sorry as your thoughts etc will be stifled..such a shame as this place used to be such a good place for us weather nuts. So are we still waiting to gain and watch as all things lead to notion and exact..?? Or are we just gonna except that this winter is done and we should just look forward to spring and it being prime for sunshine and warmth via an exacting time frame of utter trip while we await it's stunning arrival?? Every bloody winter this utter tripe gets bounded out in this thread and each time we are told to trust in the method etc.. well a stopped clock I right twice a day.. so I guess at some point the profit will be correct..

I'm starting to get a tad worried that me roof is gonna go missing at some point next week. the models do seem to be firming up on this major storm and while i like extreme weather i'm not so sure i like the idea of an insurance claim...

Indeed the bigger the balloon the louder the bang when it pops. also just to add i have Snaw falling right now.. didnt see that coming in any of the model output so just goes to show that the models do not see everything and surprises do happen.

Radar has a big pink blog over my house. been out to check and i can confirm NO SNAW!! the only thing salt is good for is in the water to boil ya sunday veg. oh and on chips of course.

Nothing here but Aberdeenshire council have put so much salt down on the roads here it almost looks like snaw.

Just said the exact same thing to the wife. my birthday treat this year will be a big pile of snaw and a new roof.. looks like a very bumpy ride coming up for sure.
