    Yes I can see that to the north of me.Skies looking pretty good here too.

    What do you think our chances are back home supacell.The skies here are starting to look slightly more threatening,but mostly high cloud to be fair.

    Something definitely brewing Nw of me,very threatening skies!!.Could be the first of a few showers to pass through here in the next hour or two.

    Some big clouds getting going in the north Midlands this was taken at 10am.I'm just on the edge of the storm risk area today.

    Currently sitting in the back garden with a glass of wine,.I've been watching a row of towers to the south of me slowly drifting west,starting to get some height too.Think I'm too far north to see anything here.Wales could be the place to be today.

    Lovey anvil shower cloud just north of Derby that produced a mixture of rain and sleet.We had proper snow in Derby city centre earlier,the most I had seen fall during daylight hours all last winter!!.

    Yes that cell norh of Tamworth seems to be intesifying,think it will pass south of here nice to see though.

    Thunder in Derby around 2pm some lovely deep rumbles.Have had heavy showers all afternoonbut no more thunder as yet.

    Light snow flurries here,nothing settling but nice to see!.

    Had 2 wintry showers here this afternoon,the 2nd produced some pretty heavy wet snow briefly though it didn't settle.Nice to see though non the less

    I feel your pain mate,apart from a few flakes this morning we've had nothing here again either.I thought living north of Derby we'd be in for a good chance.Obvoiusly not!!.

    Started raining just north of Derby but there is definitely sleet mixed in as I watch if fall past the street light!!.Could be interesting later.

    Streetlight watching here, it's just started to rain and there is definitely sleet mixed in with it so could be good for later on who knows!!.

    Been snowing on and off for the last few hours here.Lasts nights snow is still clinging on especially on the lawns.Anything new isn't settling except on the extreme top of the car roof as everywhere is just to wet.

    Completely stopped here now,you'd struggle to know it had snowed at all here.Even the snow on the cars has melted now.We had more than this in the last week of November just gone.

    Yes one or two quite potent showers passed through last night.Thought I heard thunder in the early hours,but it could have been the strength of the wind instead.
