Looks to me like this is still pivoting over us and won't be going anywhere quickly.
I can also see a few heavier pieces of ppn pepping up over the north east that we may be able to drag into the equation.
I look like I am in a sweet spot here, it looks like the snow band will arrive and then sink south keeping me in the ppn for a good 6/7 hours. Fingers crossed.
I see in the mod thread that we have a good chance of a northerly/ north westerly. Am I right in thinking we usually do quite well in this kind of setup.
BBC tv forecast has me under snow during the second wave tomorrow but very close to the sleet/rain boundary. Could any lying snow help at all? Sorry if this is a daft question.
