Precarious if you ask me. I'm waiting for a NLy reload!
Love the hebrides go all the time never seen it in the snow though. Seeing loads of photos of the islands covered. Guessing this northerly set up is the perfect one for you.
The mood music on the models and here are favoring the potential of the scandi heights. An easterly over the hebrides is password for sun sun sun!!! If you can't have snow the next best thing.
Good luck with the stormy weather up there next week!

Very fine snow starting here - Tamar Valley. No idea where it's coming from as it's clear blue skies up there.
A rogue shower is working its way down the valley from the north. But losing intensity.

Didn't expect this, haven't seen the forecast but not aware of any snow
Potentially a bit over cautious but if convection off the sea takes off there can be some interesting conditions in your neck of the woods. The wording mainly mentions west and north wales.

Just had a look at the radar. Seems to be further north than what was modelled on the 15z ukv. Doubt it will make much difference but interesting all the same

You best get down there, and get your place, it's gonna be mad in a few hours, with most of Cornwall & Devon missing out.
I'll be sure get my towel just in the right position

Still time to change surely? #Clutchingatstraws
Well there is always a chance. In 2013 it was the opposite we were all set with red warnings for snow and then it dived down to the channel islands. But the model predictions are rock solid to miss us all just by a whisker.

Nothing doing I'm afraid like the rest of us you can wave at the band of snow as it passes just 20 miles to the south

Wow what a night and morning!!!! Snow settling in plymouth for a time (gone now) and thick thick snow on the moor on the 28th March. To those who say it can't snow in March you are talking rubbish!!!
It was perfect conditions a pivoting front cold air no wind. Started raining at 3c just watched the temperature continuously falling. At 2c some thick looking rain. At 1.5c wet snow. At 1c the biggest flakes I've ever seen. Temperature eventually fell to -0.3c. Amazing evaporative cooling event!
