  1. Quick everyone, turn your vacuum cleaners on all at the same time; lets drag that low pressure system over to the coast
  2. Good luck to everyone who is experiencing the magic of the white stuff this evening. Unfortunately, it just isn't happening here. Still rain. I think I'll sign off now until we get another bite of the cherry (hopefully) in February. Take care.
  3. Raining here. It sucks being on the wrong side of marginal. Not impressed
  4. Note the absolute stunned silence from the Poole and Bournemouth fraternity. I empathise, it's a real downer being on the coast on days like this
  5. Met office has me down for Heavy Rain, Heavy Rain and more Heavy Rain,
  6. Sounds like the NE is blowing snow from Salisbury to Downton, keep it up we might get it here soon
  7. Oh good, then there's still hope that the Amber area might be adjusted slightly as events unfold.
  8. Has anyone got an update of the temperatures in the Ferndown area?
  9. Bah, just to the right of the lower right of the Amber area. Just need a slight shift over to the right
  10. Still raining here. Sounds funny but the birds seem to be twittering a fair old bit at the moment. Call me insane but I've know that to happy just before some serious snowfall ... Blimey, I'm really clutching at straws now ... roll on February
  11. Anyone have any idea as to when the main band is likely to reach the SW?
  12. The PPN reaching the SW now, is that which is due in my neck of the woods tomorrow or is that something else?
