-2c frosty bright sunshine foggy in valley in glossop.....

Kinder looks to have a covering, cat n fiddle has lying snow, flash has nothing.... Just wet like here.... Around 400m there looks to be a dusting.... Similar to cat n fiddle cam....

2c dew 1c sleet....yuck.... Pretty heavy rain most of the night....

Third snow shower.... Lighter and bypassing here mostly.....

Only lasted 5-10 minutes but not exactly giving a covering.... Dusting then melt.... Think temp is bouncing around.... Anyhows i know this winters not been great for most, but thats now 24 days with snow falling and 32 with it making at least a dusting of a covering on the ground.... Hoping next winter is better for everyone, if that means its a better winter up here bring it on.... If its warmer-ish up here this weekend itll be very welcome as i need to get out into the mudfest that is my garden and attempt to sort it out...

Second shower heavier.... Hail then snow.... Whiteout again.....

Moderate snow shower huge flakes and laying.... Well dusting.... Whiteout.... Wind really gusting and blowing it.... Winters last hurrah....

Orange coloured clouds out west look snowy but not sure, wind is gusty here and its 2c dew -3c feels raw....

And radar breaking up.... Nothing of note is going to make it this far.....

Bright sunny evening.... 3c dew -2c windy and freezing in wind.... Made chicken chasseur and beef bourguignon as using up meat in freezer and wasnt much of beef/chicken left.... First shop tomorrow for first time in ten days.... Precip expanding on radar.... Looking at reports from scotland its wet snow turning to rain quite quickly so not holding much hope for much wintry goings on tonight....

Looking at tafs and xcweather.... A lot of convection going on over nw england.... Will anything come of it? Radar atm says no....

1c dew -1c cloudy, hills to my west and north quite thick cover to my east nothing.... Kinder has a dusting, hills toward ashton direction have quite a bit.... Nature of showers.... Dusting here from light snow yesterday evening....

Area of showers over southern ireland, celtic sea, southern irish sea are getting bit more organised and looklike what the beeb graphics are predicting for between 4-10am tomorrow for here....

Blackburn/preston lookslike more hail/snow/thunder going by bright echos on radar.....

Light/moderate snow.... Biggish flakes for maybe ten minutes.....

Temp 1c dew -3c cloud on increase due west.... Hoping showers start building.... Had snow falling and laying until 1pm.... Melting inbetween showers.... Some very heavy with thunder.... Bright blue skies all afternoon but pretty gusty wind all afternoon....

Snow flurries and a few heavy showers with lightening, left 1-2cm and turned the hills bright white.... Looks pretty....

Huge flash, booming thunder then heavy snow shower.....

2c dew -1c fire on, wine poured, roast pork eatten, damp out...

Snow fell here for ten fifteen minutes very wet big flakes but didnt lay.... Strangely its not at 500-600m either.... Sky looks ominous but nothing on radar.... Tonight lookslike it might be interesting....

Hills disappearing..... Temp 2c dew -1c..... Snow!

Incoming up here.... Will it be sleet rain or snow? Very dark sky....looks heavy whatever it is.....
