    Only a dusting in south wales, hopefully we might get a chance if a serious covering before its too late. This is amazing so late in the season. Just shows its not over til the fat lady sings!

    The evil Atlantic just sent a huge avalanche of snow down from our roof, along with all the pretty icicles I've been admiring all week. :'(

    school open for the first time in a week today. Untreated car park buried under 8 inches of snow! Playground unusable. The council sent a JCB in to clear the car park this morning. It looked like a real winter wonderland. Roads currently icing over. Cant beleive the temp is going to shoot up tommorrow and it will all be washed away so quickly , I want to keep it for a while longer ...

    Dal yn bwrw eira yma. Mae llawer o eira ar y ffordd, y ceir, mae e'n dod lawr yn drwn hefyd. Dim ysgol/gwaith fory, dwi'n credu! Still snowing here, lots of snow on the road, the cars, coming down heavy too. No work/school tommorrow I think!!

    still light fine flakes in Senghenydd but settling on cars and slowly recovering the road. Needs to get heavier if we're to have decent coverage though!

    3-4 inches of fresh snow in Senghenydd, road unusuable again, another snow day, yay!

    Pretty sure my little boy wont be going to school today - if this keeps up we wont be able to get the car out by 9am! Am up with my 2year old who wont go back to sleep lol. Its lovely to watch the snow. As regards travel, I was supposed to be on a course for work in Cardiff today, but not even sure our "Swedish Tank" (aka what my hubby's boss calls our Volvo) is up to negotiating Caerphilly Mountain in this!
