    Just had a short but quite intense storm pass through here. Wasn't expecting that! Bonus!

    Cracking storms here last night lasted a good couple of hours. Power cuts and everything! All very exciting!

    The showers on raintoday seem to be dying out, although they have been showing over us for sometime and I've not really seen anything, is this the end of the snow for tonight? When can I expect anything else?

    We have a lovely light coating of big dandruff flakes in Lincoln. Very pretty. Hope there's lots tomorrow when I wake up. Happy lamp post watching!

    Hi Paul I can't see any locations in peoples profiles which is a pain with possible snow reports coming in. Is this just temporary because of the downtime or a problem my end?

    Have just had the lightest snow shower ever here. Infact if it wasn't so cold I could go outside and count the flakes. We did have a surprise covering this morning though, which was nice.

    I'll second that! The cat fell off the windowsill in fright and I nearly wet myself! Had no idea we were set for a storm today! Bonus :o

    I think they are quite beautiful. Like gleaming sculptures. There are some by the A30 in Cornwall and they are stunning, especially when they sun is reflecting off them.

    Isn't it the bit in the top right that says Options? You need to set it to standard not linear.
