    Why would that be? Northern part still got snow, where as southern areas still had rain.

    Just seen met office have changed their forecast. Apparently the snow will stop here in couple of hours and won't extend to 3-6am tomorrow morning.

    Havant didn't do well. Has not laid on roads or pavements.
