  1. Looks like I'm in the firing line of that heavier pulse on the radar fingers crossed
  2. big fat fifty pence size snow flakes this is heavy now
  3. Snow getting progressivley heavier last few mins....
  4. Wet snow 10 mins ago has now quicky turned to the proper stuff and is now starting to pitch quite readily. A good 3/4inches by the end of the night I reckon Cold air is undercutting quickly
  5. Met office puts me in the high risk bracket for tommorow into friday, the darker shaded blue area by their guestimate will get 5-10cm from this stalling system. bring it on
  6. here we go now wet snow/sleet mix now just poked head outside the door, ah well it was good while it lasted it'll all be washed away by midnight. Judging by latest model output im hedging my bets on better scenarios for snow down the line than wev'e had today.
  7. Still light/moderate snow in tewks about 4/5cms on the ground
  8. Heaviest period of snow last 2 mins or so penny size flakes really coming down
  9. Light/moderate snow in tewks for last hour or so, thin layer on all surfaces, getting lighter now, whats the intensity like in bristol area?
  10. Another bitterly cold night here in tewkesbury latest observations say around -5c most definetley the coldest night so far looks almost definetley like a snow quickly to rain event late tommorow for us west midlanders, anyone else hopeful?
  11. Nothing here in Tewkesbury but the surrounding hills cleeve hill etc have slight dusting, and also the malverns, new it would be a non-event... had a few light sleety showers here today not much else really
  12. I'm happy then our prospects look good for tonight Lynxus, probably only a few cm's but who cares snow might be rare this winter?
  13. Southern midlands seems quite favourable at the moment for the white stuff to fall in the early hours friday morning, chelt/tewks/gloucester might be in the firing line. look at us praying for snow how desperate.... this time last year we were in subzero temps with it never getting above freezing for nearly two weeks dont you just love the british weather i do.
