I am pleased to tell you that there will definitely be very deep snow in Great Yarmouth. So deep that all the roads will be blocked. This is because it coincides with an important medical meeting I have been waiting months for.

Thank you.it looks like I don't need surgery thank goodness but will see orthopedic doctor tomorrow for discussion.ankle is broken and the worst thing is I didn't feel that at all I could just see it was hanging loosely which suggests previous nerve damage.bruised everywhere else and chipped elbow.ribs took a good pounding.very small hairline hip fracture.i was lucky it could have been a lot worse.

Thank you i have to say I've been well looked after and everything with scans was done superquick which surprised me and other niggly issues with my illness have also been addressed that I didn't specifically ask about and they got food specially because I can't swallow people say bad things about our hospital but it's been ok.i have to stay a while because I live alone and it isn't safe to go home with the falling.just not able to see weather out of a window there could be thirty foot snowdrifts out there!

Watching about the storm with interest keeping my mind off having broken a few bones falling and now in hospital.i wouldn't have minded if I fell in the snow.but just a fall in the house.i don't like storms so it'll probably be less scary here than at home.

Any really small sowflakes blowing in the wind are being melted by the quite strong sunshine, its melted the snow off the roofs, grass is still white.

We used to live in a place like that, in winter we placed strong transparent plastic over the windows, it really helped.

Ours looks like that as well, but the snow on the road has melted now, grass is still white.Would be nice to have a top-up later.Very nice to wake up to that, I didn't see it falling.

Thanks, No snow ovenight here despite the map looking promising.Now very cold but bright with small patches of ice on the paths and a slight crunch to the grass.

I was watching it with interest, seems to put Hopton right in the sweet spot?If its correct, I should wake to snow tomorrow morning and then the snow should continue all day. We would be buried! But probably won't happen.

Light hail in Hopton not enough to stick, but sky very dark now.Something's on its way.Also wind gusting a fair bit by the sea.

Hi old friends (and new friends) Its been a long long time since I was last here.2019 I think. Wondering if its going to snow here tomorrow. Yesterday there was the tiniest tiniest frozen smattering of snow on the windowsill.
