Mine doesn't believe in it all , he says if you dont get married you can't get divorced. Or the main cause for divorce is marriage. To be honest I'm 52 this year and passed pulling off a pretty wedding dress.

I'm still waiting for mine to pop the question he promised me when we first met if we were still together after 10 years we would get married well here I am now 21years later and still waiting . He also thinks because he goes to work it let's him off from everything else. Well before I had to give up work I was bringing the kids up doing house work and working. Suck on that fella that's what I want to say. Any how rant over .

Oh beka your not worthless!! I know my kids are older than yours but I still enjoy spending time with them even now . I used to forget house work during school holidays and spend time with the kids or get them to help with tidying as a game . Housework will still be there tomorrow !! As for the other half well I don't think there is a cure for laziness other than a foot up the backside , I'm still working on mine who won't even put kettle on in the morning. Anyway you can only do what you can do , sometimes it's good to sit down and say sod it I will do it tomorrow and enjoy the day.

They range from mild to very hot .

I know the feeling beka my other half doesn't go anywhere near the gardening side of things. Only to mess it up with his c**p after I have spent hours to make it look nice. Yet again I have had to wait for my daughter to come back from uni to have the hedge cut that's one thing I can't do without seriously hurting myself, she is an absolute star . I'm glad she enjoys being outside as much as I do. ( beats blooming housework any day ) . While she has been away she has grown different types of chilli's bought them back with her so my other half can eat them . I will post a pic in a bit .

Quite a few heavy short downpours so far this morning. Wind starting to pick up now. I got absolutely soaked yesterday 5 minute walk down the hill to garage 10 minute walk back up the hill I was soaked right through to the skin . Better invest in a better rain coat me thinks

Plenty of rain here so far! judging by met office plenty more to come and a chance of thunder around 9 tonight.

Drizzle here at the moment. My son has gone round friends house to get ready for his Prom ( end of A levels ) . It's being held in Salisbury later so I'm hoping the rain stays away until they are all in. It can do want it likes after that .

Gone cloudy here now no rain but a welcome drop in temperature. Hit 28c here earlier now 25c . The cat is spread out on back door step enjoying the wind blowing on her belly. The most settled I have seen her for a while.

Heavy rain here now ground is actually starting to look wet . Just counted 7 frogs all in a line jumping up hill in garden to take cover under the trees at the top.

It's feeling really humid here now feels like no air is around.

Yep Northern folk your welcome. I am not holding out much hope for later , we had a 2 minute shower yesterday evening and that was it. Been sat out in garden this morning . The cat was happy playing chase with a frog who had decided to enjoy the coolish morning air . Oh please weather gods let it thunder . Happy Fathers Day to all the weather dad's out there.

They flew right over the top of our house , flying from Boscombe Down out over the plain onto Lyneham

My daughter has had thunder in Andover. All we had was a few drops of rain. Temp dropping now .

Definitely better than rats ! Only ever seen one rat in the garden and that was because one of my old cats had caught it from somewhere . Soon got rid of that bugger. This is one of my little friends.

Had 3 hedgehogs in garden the other evening , very thirsty drinking from a watering hole I made for the birds squirrels and now hedgehogs

I'm still in a t-shirt and a cardigan .

Reached 28c here today . Cloudy now everything is still. Noise levels starting to pick up outside as people start to venture outside. Can also hear the Army band practicing in the distance. My poor cat doesn't know what to do with herself. Stormforce-beca your braver person than me

Raining with thunder sounds like it's going passed us again seen a couple of flashes. Better than earlier which was one rumble and a minute of rain.
