Just saw a funnel cloud form over me, with high winds

Looks like the "tail-end" of the band of cells moving to Oxford is hitting me.

rain looks like it's heading for Reading now

very quiet, I'm sure the members in reading just down the road can report dark clouds. started to rain lightly here. Can confirm heavy rain now!

I am out of the NSC!!! I forgot to post about the storm that took me out of here, but I might have to join again because of the current "All storms must dodge Reading" situation... :S

Im sorry if I jinx anyone's chance , or I was too lazy to read a few pages back, but what is the band of rain coming from Spain going to do? Dissipate?

Any thunder repoted on the narrow strip of rain just west of Reading? Can confirm thunder over here between 1-2PM BST. Some quite dark clouds north of me, but hardly black.

The sky here is quite interesting, and I think I heard thunder as a car alarm just went off for no reason.
