    Been under a train of deluges here for hour. Now over an inch for today.

    The last 5 days of rain here.. showers, showers, and some more showers.

    October 2020 had 227.6mm. My record is 244mm for November last year.

    My anemometer transmitter packed up. Great timing!

    Still have 8 months left on that, but I think it's the transmitter that has died. I can test the anemometer on the main transmitter to rule out any issues with the anemometer itself, but it's on my chimney 10m up. I have to hire a roof ladder again, which is £60. A new transmitter is £230. Typical that it died before this week's storm. :(

    Data kept stopping and bad packets started getting worse and worse. It has now stopped altogether. Lost all contact from the console and the WeatherLink live - zero wind data.

    4th Davis anemometer has died. I've only had it 3 months.

    Just had a monster downpour here, with hail. Matches my rainfall rate of 102.8 mm/hr

    If it moves south, I beat my 965.56 hPa low pressure record. If it stays roughly the same, I should beat my 59mph wind gust record. If it's still on the table by Tuesday, I'll probably make plans to ride down to Kimmeridge.

    17.4mm of rain since midnight. 20mm yesterday, 6.2mm the night before. High of 13.9°C today. It seems like it got dark quickly tonight?!
