Really tired of the Neverending Cough of 2017 now!
Take huge doses of Vitamin D3, preferably with Vitamin K2. I take drops and they really help during winter- you are probably very deficient at this time of year if you don't supplement. Look up Nutri Vitamin D3 and K2 drops- they do the job!
It's even worse when you are trying to get to sleep at night, as well as when you are trying to eat.
Tell me about it. Night before last I barely coughed all night. Last night I was awake for hours! Got a dentist appointment this morning which should be fun as I start coughing when I lie down.
