3 & 1/2 weeks of internet problems with virgin media and I'm no nearer to getting it fixed so its time to leave and join BT Fibre was with BT for years and never had a problem like this only left because it was so slow but now Fibre is here its time to return
1 possibility left. Could you not email the virgin media CEO? Going to the top can get results and quickly
I've spoken to a manager they've said they were sending an engineer out twice only to cancel it twice as 'they've found and problem and fixed it' only for it to crash again
