All this complaining about mild weather, well it don't feel mild to me, its felt quite chilly in fact this week, just because the charts look mild synoptically doesn't mean it is mild. Today it is 9.2 c here that is not mild for November

Fantastic glorious day of unbroken sunshine, always happens in september, shame that summer was turgid though.

Utterly foul and disgusting day here, dull with moderate rain, what is the point of booking time of work when i can't do anything because of this crap weather, my bbq is full of cobwebs

I agree that the met office and bbc get forecasts wrong at short notice, many times for my area , but the models GFS, UKMO and ECM are just as bad so we can't soley blame the met office all the time.

Forecasting seems to have got worse the GFS 6z has rain all over central england at 8pm tonight but it is already clearing up now
and what a shock this mini heatwave for the weekend has downgraded.

Really, Really annoyed about the strong wind today, this is damaging my tomatoes, i wont be surprised to go to my allotmant and find them all over the floor,
too make things worse its just cloudy and boring here all the time, all that heavy rain is up north as usual and the sunny spells r further south than me. so im too far south for the rain but too far north for the sunshine

is it too much too ask for there to be one day of wall to wall sunshine, this week has been warm/hot but there has been too much cloud about for my liking, as usual it clears up around 6pm, too late to sunbathe then

we finally get some hot weather but typically it has been mainly cloudy this week with only sunny intervals so im annoyed i cant sunbathe,

The medicore july continues here, cloudy again but at least the temp got all the way up to 19.5c today

once again the charts look better than the reality for this week yet another dull, cloudfest, and what a shock the GFS is teasing us with a heatwave for next week,
This summer feels like its gone really slow and its still 4 or 5 months to winter

went to my allotmant at about 8pm albiet quite late, it just felt horrible over there windy, cool, gloomy just like autumn and now its also starting to get dark earlier aswell,
im sure we will get a lovely spell of weather in late september when the uv index is crap and i cant get a decent tan.
though if we have a decent august all this moaning will be forgoten about

really really fed up now, another turgid day here cool, showery and windy, my tomatoes have been knocked over because of this awful weather it really feels like autumn here esp when there is no sun about, utterly disgusting

Another disgusting dull cool day with temps only 14c, truly awful i have seen warmer days in febuary, on the bright side at least that horrible easterly has gone

To be honest i dont long for 30c + temps, all i want to see is unbroken sunshine and temps of 22/23c which would feel great in the sun in summer. The problem isnt the temps in summer its the horrible cloud cover, and wind like today and rain obviously, but i have an allotmant so i need rain.

im fed up of the models showing nice weather in FI, it has being doing this for ages now only to never come closer, who knows this summer we might only see a couple of days with temps up to 25 c. Will we see a week of temps of 28/32 c, hmm i don't have much faith in that, this is just a wild guess by the way.
However i hope im wrong because we stil have time on our side.

On the bright side at least its gonna rain

Sorry for stating the obvious but this is the UK, why r people so shocked that we hardly ever get a week of wall to wall sunshine countrywide, it just dont happen here, get over it.

i have so many things to moan about the weather this spring i feel like jacking it in but i cant because i have an allotmant i need to know the weather
that rain on sunday night i bet it miss here and it clips the east and then gives the north sea a deluge, that will make me go crazy

New month same old garbage, clear night and now 100% cloudcover already which will break up after 4pm as usual.
agree mate this always happens, cloudy here too but it will be a nice clear night then cloud will build by noon 2moro

time does fly by quickly it was already six months ago places had snow in november, and now november is only six months away but obviously it is a bit early for this topic i start to think about winter in october.

got next to nothing amounts of rain last night, drought goes on and no rain in sight according to the models, just another cool snap to damage my plants. The gfs min temps have been right recently i dont understand why people critisize them.
