    I'm already looking forward to the summer. Sitting on the beach at 11pm, staring into the channel, looking for even the faintest flash of lightning, which stems from a raging MCS in northern France. What even is snow?

    So now the French steal our snow in Winter, and thunderstorms in the summer. Its OK frenchies, we get it. The middle finger couldn't be any larger.

    The bbc are going for 5 to 7 degrees next week. Shame it won't be 1 or 2! Or lower!

    Been and gone within 10 mins. Biblical rain, small hail, gusty wind, and two flashes of lightning/loud claps of thunder. Shame the squall wasn't a bit wider so it lasted a little longer!

    Pressure on the up....as is the wind speed. The eye must have passed veery close by earlier.

    Bit of a disappointment so far. Apart from the low pressure...it's been a bog standard low pressure system here.

    Are we saying that this storm could be worse than the one in Feb 2020? I mean, that was WILD and I've never experienced wind like that before.

    Call your insurance company. They'll rescue you within 24 to 48 hours if you've paid for premium, or within 3 weeks if you've paid standard

    Very heavy rain here again now, and, surprise surprise its very wet! No thunder this time though, which after last nights drizzle, I'm totally ok with!
