    Last night gets a 7 out of 10. Lovely light show over the channel before it made landfall near Bognor and with it torrential rain. Still has some way to beat the June 2019 channel bonanza.

    wow, looking at the latest AROME run, it looks like my location misses out on virtually all of the precip. Will still hopefully get a good light show out in the channel though!

    Depending on what happens later, I may pop down to worthing pier [near brighton] Don't anticipate anything on the level of June 2019.....but who knows these days
