    Seeing as we're both in the rain/sleet sliver, probably! In all seriousness though - I doubt it, when was the last time virtually the entire country saw snow on the same day? It's over a week away so there will be plenty of chopping and changing in the models between now and then.

    Here's the forecast for the foreseeable future: It might rain, it might snow, it might hail, it might sleet, it might stay dry. The exact location and timings of any snow/rain are yet to be determined, and will probably only maybe be determined if and when rain/snow falls. It might get windy - the winds coming from the north, south, east or west. Temps will range from about 0 to 10 in the day, and similar at night - maybe colder - maybe not.

    Beyond pathetic attempt from mother nature at snow last night. There were just enough flakes to make the pavements extremely slippery. Roll on the lack of storms in the summer!!

    Just watched the weather forecast for the south for this evening and over night - clear fake news. Metogroup are no better than the Met office!!!! It suggested snow in Worthing !

    A friend saw two flakes of snow in Worthing earlier this morning, allegedly. 1.2c out there but feels warmer as there's not a lot of wind! Dew point -1. 72 minutes precisely until some rain, according to Accuweather, though looking at the radar I don't see how this conclusion has been reached!

    It's a shame that I'm just a few miles away from the potential action (am i west sussex on the coast) .... its like the summer with storms, so near yet so far! There's talk (80% chance of snow according to 'will it snow') of snow here mid week. I'm sure that percentage will sink!

    Well it looks like coastal west sussex is going to miss the snow. Haven't seen any settling snow for about eight to nine years when we had about three successive years of heavy snow!!!

    Would appear the squall line is going to miss here altogether, as is most of the heavy rain - seems to be going more north than east at the moment
