    In the last hour our local village schools have just said they won't be open tomorrow. I think we've secured whatever can be secured , candles ready if needed. Everytime we get something like this the powerline comes down. Last time it actually disconnected from the house side.

    Winch took a hiding in 87. I remember wide awake in my bed listening to it while every single fence popped down the entire street.

    We've had 3 ash trees fall in the village today alone. Dread friday , theres so many more. I'm not even sure westonbirt have finished felling thier ash either.
