Is there a problem with the lightening detector as it is only loading the northern half of the UK?

The lights have started to flicker again as another thunderstorm rolls in Frequent claps of thunder and CC lightening, very dark outside now. Not much rain yet, but here's hoping Jeremy 8 miles south of Cambridge

Absolutely amazing storm here this evening (8 miles south of Cambridge). Lasted about three hours, plenty of lightening - some very close. The electricity has been on and off all night. The electricity lines in the field at the back where hit, lots of sparks everywhere. My unofficial rain gauge (a bucket in the garden) has just over 2 inches of rain in it. All my water butts are now full :lol: It is still rumbling away Jeremy
