    hats off to the Brentwood half marathon organisers - must have been a difficult decision - go - no-go - and I was skeptical - but course was fine VERY cold though ! PB made up for it though

    I was quite surprised when I went out in the car earlier - and cleared the snow off the roof - as there was a good 2 inches (Central Essex) more than I thought'd we'd had

    Nick - do you think in essex we'' get further snow settling overnight ? Obviously the race leads for my running race in Essex tomorrow have been tipped off that shouldn't be too bad overnight (from a viewpoint of snow sticking on roads) - but we've currently got the heaviest snow of the day thanks

    well I've just had confirmation that my half marathon in Brentwood is ON tomorrow - excepting if exceptional weather overnight I'm surprised - but they seem confident - so there you go

    Thanks coast Did a 4 hour run off road in the snow earlier in year but would be disappointed if there was lying snow on Sunday and they cancelled Time will tell I guess Now I don't know whether I want it to snow of not !
