South east of the region got all the lightning again. Avoiding me as usual.

A dry day with sunny intervals. Mostly hazy sun though. I thought that we might not get any showers here today and it's playing out that way so far.

Cloudy but dry, 15.1°C. Just trace rain today and 0 rain yesterday. Can't remember when the last time was I saw 0 rain from midnight to midnight.

Not much sun at all here today, quite disappointing. I hoped for a bit more. At least it's been dry.

And the rain is back... and it hasn't wasted any time getting heavy. we can't even have half day dry periods without paying for it afterwards now.

A very nice day. Definitely warm enough for me in shorts and T-shirt. Maximum was 18.2°C. Had quite a lot of sun as well. I said it was about a six hour window the other day and that's what it ended up as now it's quickly deteriorating. Tomorrow looks alright at least in the south.

Another 6 mm of rain yesterday mainly from some heavy rain near midnight. 81 mm for the month now. looks like there is a six hour window of warm and sunny weather this afternoon. That's about as good as it's going to get for us it seems.

Just going by the amount of sun I remember seeing this month I think we're down at somewhere near 5 hours. WRF forecast this rain well... I thought it was joking when I saw the precip rates on it.

Scuba steve me too and you know I love extremes and I can't stand boring dry sunny weather for too long but I would do anything for some of that right now.

Yet more heavy rain incoming although there has been a strike just off the coast this time.

Very heavy rain for last few hours. Already 1.6 mm since midnight, 8.3 mm yesterday. Now up to 51.1 mm for the month and 325 mm for the year.

And the rain is back. Only drizzle at the moment but no doubt it will get heavier. It is 14.2°C though.

Well it's been raining again and it looks like I won't see the Sun until Thursday. Just feels so strange in April. 38.9 mm for the month, 313.2 mm for the year already.

Well when I came out of band practice this afternoon... guess what... it was raining again... heavy driving rain yet again. I did see the Sun this morning and I feel very lucky. it only happens twice a week now it seems.
