It was nice at home but horrible out in Manchester town centre now.

Not a bad day. Dry with occasional sunny intervals, around 11–12°C.
been in the garden putting a new canopy on the gazebo and bolting it down after it went for a walk last week.football later, hopefully we can see some improvement after that embarrassing European exit on Thursday night. No goals in open play for 6 or so hours is not acceptable.

Dry for 36 hours now. I had forgotten how nice it is to not have everything soaking wet and only just a bit damp

Sun's been out for ages here. Been dry for ages as well but there's obviously been some rain today as I've recorded 0.4 mm but I'm not sure when it was.

Rush2019 Thanks i've had a look and the frame can definitely be reused but I think I'm going to have to buy a new canopy and some side panels. Could've been worse.
been dry since midday here.

My gazebo in the garden which has been up all winter on days more windy than this... which was bolted down to concrete and had four ropes securing it... has just flipped upside down... partially destroying a garden table and ripping it's roof canopy. The ropes stopped it going very far thankfully and the frame seems okay. Can't believe it.
