  1. Seriously we aren't getting sucked in by the Pubs runs FI. Some range of solutions being offered by the models today.
  2. JS what happened to your "Decades of experience of seeing it flip last minute especially when cold is involved" More runs needed more than ever!
  3. Celtic Sea and English Channel too sodden for accumulations
  4. I dunno JS, from someone else living on the south (east) coast of Ireland the cold and dry forecast for the next week is glorious. I'm guessing you are urban based, the countryside does not need more mild as this is almost always means wet and windy in January.
  5. Everyone being happy would not be the norm lol. I still feel like I need to get to Thursday morning unscathed.
  6. Scar tissue runs deep with the models and epic cold runs. If we are still seeing these charts in 48 hours time I'll find it hard to not tell the kids lol.
  7. Yeah that's my recollection as well. All others dropped it while Icon held firm. All others eventually came back in line. Icons finest moment but hasn't really kicked on since unfortunately.
  8. Already? Storm season started on Sept 01st so this is only 3rd named by Met office or Met Eireann well into month 5.
  9. In summer warm spells constantly get downgraded also unfortunately.
  10. I can see it, you charged your battery!!! Colder air further east and south.
  11. Well Tenerife does have the highest peak in Spain, I'd say your friend took a lovely trip up Mount Teide. 5.9c currently in Waterford, just 5mm of rain so far. Probably not even cool enough for the Comeraghs to get a dusting.
  12. N.I record is 30.8, Kilkenny has the national record of 33.3. This week we've had 29.5 in the south and 29.9 in the north. The following weekends ECM would surely see us push the 30c barrier.
  13. Record is 33.3, don't think the models are showing anything so hot at this stage.
  14. East of Ireland do very well when they get an easterly, irish sea is a snow machine
