Yeah it hasn't been a good at all Pom. No doubt they will still be involved in many ways. Won't be long now until our focus shifts to the upcoming winter. Already plenty of speculation and to how it will pan out giving the strength of El Nino. I'm definitely hoping for a cold and snowy one.
Hows its going folks. How are you all enjoying our wash out summer. It really is depressing! Interesting article published today by the Belfast Telegraph. Surely this couldn't happen?

Hows it going folks. Just in for the usual flying visit. Dreadful summer so far, hopefully picks up by months end as we are off for a weeks camping. I built a decking out my back to use over the summer. Haven't got as far as lighting the BBQ yet so hopefully things heat up soon. In the next 10 days there is a bit of a high building but will draw winds in from the north which is a bit doom and gloom. We can always live in hope and count on the usual September Indian summer when the kids are back at school.
Hows its going folks. The weather is crap here today!! Looks like the warm and sunny weather that they have been chatting about for the past few weeks is downgrading on a daily basis which is no surprise at all. Latest Beeb forecast saying it will be short lived. Anyways its been a great Northern Lights season this year with with St Patricks night being one of the best but i also got the this photo below at the end of April. was well pleased. This was take at Tullagh Bay in Donegal.
Thanks folks. Went out tonight again but the lights were quieter but i got some amazing starry pictures with a hint of Aurora. These pics were taken at Mamore Gap and Tullagh Bay.
Just thought i would come on and share my Aurora pics with you all. Amazing display last night and only my second time photographing them. Quality sucked out of these as i had to compress them for on here.
Another batch of snow incoming and looks pretty heavy on the radar. This is probably the last of the snow for this winter. We have had 2 notable snowy events with the best being 13th January. Anything that's on the ground tonight will probably melt quickly tomorrow.
New warning out for this evening from NI weather. 5cms to low ground and more locally. Wish it would hurry up and get dark as the sun is melting some of our snow. Maybe an inch of snow lying in sheltered parts here.
